Returns
Items may be returned if faulty or damaged within 14 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] with your return query and we will send you return instructions via email.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround:
All orders are aimed to ship within 2 working days however it can take up to 10 working days. There may be delays during busy times like promotional sales, public holidays and similar.
Shipping Times:
- Royal Mail tracked 48: 2-3 working days and fully trackable
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Aims to deliver next working day but can take 1-3 working days & fully trackable
- Free Shipping: 3-5 working days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail. We pride ourselves in fast dispatch and professional service, however the shipping times is dependant on Royal Mail and couriers. Please allow even up to 10 working days for arrival of parcel after dispatch before raising complaint. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
Shipping can also be delayed around busy periods like Christmas.

- Royal Mail 2nd Class
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (fully trackable)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (fully trackable)
Please note that once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, we cannot control the specific handling, delivery location, or placement of your parcel. While we can request special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed by Royal Mail. Arkana UK is not responsible for the parcel once it is in Royal Mail’s care. We appreciate your understanding and recommend selecting a secure and reliable delivery address to ensure successful receipt of your order.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the price of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide to do so.

- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95 (fully trackable)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95 (fully trackable)
- Orders over £70 are FREE (before discount & VAT)
